Allison is a licensed architect with 7 years of experience in design, drawing production, and project management. She is a 2009 magna cum laude graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Allison started her career at a large international firm, where she worked as a Job Captain on projects including multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial projects. She then transitioned to a project lead role at a small design build firm, where she took on design and project management responsibilities for commercial projects as well as high end custom homes.
